We provide services for residential, commercial, strata, and industrial properties, including painting and related property improvement services. Our Website also describes our roof rejuvenation service, known as the “Vast Revival Service,” as well as epoxy floor coating services.

Our current service areas include Kamloops, Merritt, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, and other areas within the Thompson-Okanagan region, subject to service availability.

Before work begins, customers may be required to:

8. Colour and Finish Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving selected colours, finishes, coatings, and related specifications before work begins.

Colours displayed on computer screens, mobile devices, photographs, brochures, or other digital media may differ from the actual colour or finish because of differences in screens, lighting, surfaces, materials, and environmental conditions.

Minor variations in colour, texture, sheen, or finish may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

9. Property Preparation and Existing Conditions

Painting and coating results can be affected by the condition and characteristics of existing surfaces.

Existing conditions may include:

Moisture
Mould or mildew
Peeling or failing coatings

Where necessary, Vast Painting may recommend preparation, repair, cleaning, priming, or other work before applying a coating or finish.

Unless specifically included in the agreed scope of work, Vast Painting is not responsible for repairing underlying structural, moisture, plumbing, electrical, or other property conditions.

10. Roof Rejuvenation Services

Vast Painting’s Website describes its “Vast Revival Service” as a roof rejuvenation service involving inspection, cleaning, moss removal, shingle conditioning, protection, sealing, and final inspection.

Any roof rejuvenation service is subject to a site assessment and the specific terms of the applicable service agreement.

Roof rejuvenation may not be appropriate for every roof or roofing material. The suitability of the service will depend on the condition, age, material, construction, and other characteristics of the roof.

Any statement regarding expected service life, protection, cost savings, or performance is subject to the actual property conditions, product specifications, installation conditions, weather, maintenance, and other factors.

Where a warranty is offered, the warranty will be governed by its specific written terms and conditions.

11. Project Schedules

Any project start date or completion date communicated by Vast Painting is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Project schedules may be affected by:

Vast Painting reserves the right to reschedule work where weather, safety, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances make it unreasonable or unsafe to proceed.

14. Warranties and Guarantees

Any warranty provided by Vast Painting will be governed by the specific written warranty applicable to the relevant service or project.
